Since 2016, LGBT Talents has brought together students, professionals and activiststo discuss the issues of inclusion of LGBT+ people in the professional world and the problems they may encounter.
LGBT Talents is organized by ESCAPE, a non-profit association of students, alumni and faculty interested in equality and diversity issues at ESCP Business School.
For over 20 years, ESCAPE has been recognized as a very active association in the LGBT community through its cultural events, networks, gatherings and debates.
The 6th edition of the LGBT Talents Summit was supported by the Boston Consulting Group, Weil, ESCP Business School, Roland Berger, Natixis, EY and PayFit.
